Welcome to Anubis® (hereinafter “Anubis”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By using our services or accessing our website at estudioanubis.com, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

Anubis® offers professional services including, but not limited to:

  • Web development

  • Branding

  • Meta Ads (advertising on Facebook & Instagram)

  • Website maintenance

  • Graphic design

  • Digital marketing in all its aspects

All services will be performed according to the agreed proposal, quote, or contract between Anubis® and the Client.

2. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

  • Provide all content, materials, access, and approvals necessary for the successful execution of services.

  • Respond to requests for information or feedback in a timely manner.

  • Ensure that all provided content is owned or legally licensed for use.

3. Payment Terms

  • A deposit may be required before work begins, as specified in the project proposal.

  • The balance must be paid according to the agreed payment schedule.

  • Late payments may incur interest or service suspension.

  • All prices are expressed in [insert currency] and are exclusive of taxes unless otherwise specified.

4. Revisions and Scope Changes

  • The Client is entitled to a limited number of revisions, as defined in the initial proposal.

  • Any work requested beyond the original scope will be subject to additional fees and delivery time adjustments.

5. Intellectual Property

  • Upon full payment, the Client will own the final deliverables.

  • Anubis® retains the right to showcase any completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • All concepts, drafts, and non-selected materials remain the property of Anubis®.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made in writing.

  • Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.

  • In the event of cancellation, the Client must pay for all work completed up to the cancellation date.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality over sensitive business information and materials shared during the project.

8. Liability Limitations

Anubis® will not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Losses caused by third-party software, hosting issues, or advertising platform errors.

  • Delays due to force majeure or factors outside of our control.

9. Legal Compliance

The Client is responsible for ensuring that all materials and campaigns comply with applicable laws and regulations.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with the revision date.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Rafaela, Santa Fe, Argentina. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Argentina.
